Business Analyst - Global AI Strategy & Solutions

About the Role

We are hiring Business Analysts to help shape BluBridge's global strategic outlook at the intersection of AI research, technology strategy, and market intelligence. The role focuses on market analysis, opportunity mapping, and long-term strategic planning, translating BluBridge's AI research capabilities into structured market opportunities, partnerships, and technology initiatives.

Education

  • B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, AI, AI & Data Science, ML, or related technical disciplines

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of BluBridge's AI research initiatives, technologies, and system capabilities from a strategic and industry perspective
  • Analyze global AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to identify potential strategic opportunities
  • Translate research-driven capabilities into structured solution opportunities, consulting programs, and technology initiatives
  • Work closely with research and engineering teams to interpret technical developments and map them to real-world applications
  • Act as a bridge between BluBridge's research, engineering, and strategy teams
  • Assist leadership in building structured systems for partnerships, consulting delivery, and long-term strategic growth
  • Support the articulation and positioning of BluBridge's AI capabilities in global markets
  • Work with leadership to structure strategic narratives, solution positioning, and industry-facing communication
  • Contribute to strategic marketing, branding, and market-entry initiatives
  • Enable business development and strategic sales discussions by translating research capabilities into structured solution frameworks

Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in emerging technologies
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking capability
  • Ability to understand both technology and business perspectives
  • High ownership and autonomy when working in complex problem environments
  • Familiarity with structured project workflows such as Agile or iterative development approaches is an advantage
